Job summary

Combuzz HR Solutions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced UAE National HR Supervisor to support and manage HR matters for our Emirati workforce, focusing on employee relations, engagement, retention, recruitment, and compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation and Nafis.

The successful candidate will be a trusted point of contact for UAE National employees, handling matters with confidentiality and professionalism, and partnering with management to align HR policies with

Qualifications

UAE National female with a valid Family Book / Qulasat Al Qaid (employer requirement).
5–6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in Employee Relations.
Fluent in Arabic and professional English.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation and Nafis.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for UAE National employees.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives for Emirati employees.
Support career development and internal mobility for UAE Nationals.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation and Nafis requirements.
Monitor MOHRE and Nafis policy changes.
