Job summary

ADNEC Group is seeking a transformation leader to drive change across business and corporate functions, including HR, Finance, IT and Operations, spanning our Venues, Events, F&B, Services, Tourism and Media clusters.

You will map processes, standardize procedures, lead enterprise system implementations, and manage change programmes while partnering with IT, Digital and senior stakeholders to embed AI opportunities and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or change management, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
• Experience driving transformation across multiple business and corporate functions, including HR processes and operations.
• Proven experience in HR transformation, employee lifecycle process improvement, and HR system implementation or enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping and redesign across business and corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations.
• Develop standardised processes and operating procedures that improve efficiency and alignment across business units.
• Drive HR process transformation across the employee lifecycle, working closely with HR teams to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Lead or co-lead enterprise system implementations, including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and workflow platforms, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch support.
• Bridge business requirements and IT/vendor delivery, ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
• Oversee user acceptance testing, data-migration validation, and cutover planning.
• Develop and execute change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, and training.
• Build change readiness, manage resistance, and track adoption to sustain improvements.
• Partner with IT/Digital and business teams to identify, pilot, and scale practical AI and automation opportunities.
• Manage transformation plans, milestones, risks, governance, and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and build transformation capability across the Group.
