Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Transformation Lead to shape and drive high‑impact programs across the Upstream Directorate. You will oversee complex projects, manage interdependencies, assess risks and deliver outcomes aligned with corporate strategy.

The role requires proactive leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at executive levels. You will partner with the VP and directors to optimize processes, governance, budgets and performance across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or equivalent.
• MBA, CFA or equivalent certification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Design, incubate and lead strategic transformation initiatives aligned to the Upstream Directorate’s vision.
• Initiate, optimize and oversee business transformation and productivity initiatives, driving cross‑functional change.
• Provide strategic and commercial support to key investment projects within Upstream.
• Proactively guide program development for Upstream initiatives from ideation to monitoring.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Upstream OPCOs, Executive Directors Office and external consultants.
