Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking an Associate Director - Transformation Programmes to direct large-scale transformation across technology, operations, and business change. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and drive fast, high-impact initiatives from concept to go-live and benefits realisation.

The role requires 15+ years of transformation leadership, strong M&A/outsourcing experience, and executive engagement across B2C and B2B environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years directing and leading large-scale transformation projects across technology, operations and business change.
• Proven delivery of large-scale change across cross-functional teams and businesses in high-intensity environments.
• Experience in B2C and B2B customer experience and operations-led industries.
• Track record in outsourcing and third-party service transitions; experience with M&A and divestment programmes.
• Strong executive presence with board-level reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead large-scale transformation projects spanning technology, operations, process and change management.
• Deliver end-to-end change across cross-functional teams and multiple businesses in high-intensity environments.
• Drive delivery at pace while maintaining quality, control and benefits realisation.
• Own programme structure, governance, milestones and delivery accountability from initiation to go-live and benefits realisation.
