Qualifications

• Significant Total Rewards leadership experience within a high-growth technology or similarly performance-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Total Rewards strategy and evolution to align with business strategy, growth and talent priorities.
• Design and govern Executive Compensation and RemCo processes with data-driven analyses for leadership.
• Lead Sales Incentive Plans to support revenue growth and strategic priorities.
• Own annual merit and variable compensation cycles and partner with Finance on budgeting and modelling.
• Develop dashboards and governance to connect reward investment with performance outcomes.
