Job summary

Acino Pharma seeks a Director to lead global Total Rewards, Performance Management, and People Analytics. You will design and govern compensation and benefits, align programs with business strategy, and drive workforce insights to improve engagement and performance.

The role partners with HR leaders and business leaders across geographies, overseeing job architecture, grading, and analytics to support organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years in Total Rewards, Performance, OD, or HR.
• Experience managing global or multi-country rewards & performance programs.
• Experience with benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, and org effectiveness.
• Proven track record in HR transformation and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and governance of global compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Lead benchmarking, market analysis, and salary structure reviews across geographies.
• Manage annual compensation processes including salary reviews and incentive payouts.
• Drive performance management framework implementation and continuous improvement.
• Develop tools and manager capability programs to strengthen performance culture.
• Partner with HR Leaders on organizational effectiveness initiatives.
