Qualifications
- Degree in HR, business, or finance field required.
- 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Experience designing compensation structures and benefits programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of compensation frameworks.
- Drive annual compensation reviews and benchmarking.
- Oversee benefits portfolio, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop incentive schemes, bonus plans, and recognition programmes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and reward analytics for leadership.
- Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to stay future-focused.
- Develop governance standards and reward policies.
- Collaborate with HC, Finance, Procurement, Legal on reward solutions.
- Manage reward budgets and financial modelling.
