Job summary

Pink Camel Recruitment is assisting a Global Electronics company based in Dubai to hire a Total Rewards & People Analytics Manager. The role leads compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics, with responsibility for HR budgets, salary reviews, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a finance, HR, or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (MBA, MSc HR, MSc Analytics, GRP, CCP, CIPD, SHRM, CFA, ACCA) advantageous.
Strong financial background with HR budgets, accruals, forecasting, and variance reporting.
Experience owning annual salary reviews and bonus cycles at country/regional level.
Expertise in People Analytics, dashboards, and presenting insights to C-suite.
Experience with HR AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead Total Rewards and Compensation strategy including salary benchmarking, pay structures, grading frameworks, and benefits.
Manage market benchmarking across UAE and GCC using surveys and internal equity reviews.
Oversee end-to-end annual salary review cycle, budgeting, guidelines, and communications.
Oversee annual bonus payout cycle, pool sizing, calibration, payroll instructions, and reconciliation.
Design and manage employee benefits programmes (medical, life insurance, allowances, EOSB).
Own HR operating budget covering salaries, bonuses, benefits, recruitment, training, and programmes.
Produce executive HR cost reporting, headcount analysis, and scenario modelling.
Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards covering headcount, cost, attrition, DEI, and productivity.]
Lead workforce planning analytics including demand, efficiency, span of control, and cost per FTE.
Maintain HR data quality and governance as a single source of truth across HR systems.
Lead HR digital transformation and AI roadmap, prioritising automation by ROI.
Implement AI-enabled HR solutions across recruitment, support, sentiment analysis, and reporting.
Drive process automation with RPA and Power Automate for HR efficiency and service delivery.
Ensure HR data, AI, and technology comply with UAE data protection and governance standards.
