Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards & People Analytics Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics for a Dubai-based global electronics company. You will own salary reviews, budgeting, and executive reporting, while steering HR AI and automation initiatives to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires deep financial acumen, advanced analytics, and the ability to present insights to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, HR, or related field.
• 8–10 years in compensation, benefits, HR finance, and people analytics.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification is highly advantageous.
• Strong financial background with HR budgets, accruals, forecasting and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards and compensation strategy, pay structures, and benefits.
• Own end-to-end annual salary review and bonus payout cycles.
• Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards for executives.
• Drive HR digital transformation and AI roadmap, including automation.
