Job summary
The Rewards Specialist at C&C Search will support the Group Head of Total Rewards in developing, implementing, and administering compensation, benefits, and reward programmes across the Group. The role involves market benchmarking, salary review support, LTIP design and administration, and managing employee benefits programmes.
Relocation to Dubai is required; you will operate within a global reward framework, with exposure to executive compensation and multi-country policies, and present
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience with long-term incentive plans / executive compensation.
- Global reward frameworks across multiple countries.
- Advanced Excel modelling for forecasting and analytics.
- Experience with market benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry).
- Knowledge of UAE reward practices and regulations.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience in a Reward CoE or global organization.
- Asset-heavy industries background is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses.
- Support salary review and incentive cycles.
