Job summary

ALDAR in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Technology Business Relationship Manager to act as the trusted partner for the business unit, translating strategy into technology initiatives and safeguarding value delivery.

You will co-create roadmaps, manage demand and portfolio, ensure governance, train change readiness, and collaborate with solution architects, vendors, and senior leadership to optimize investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, or a related field.
• BRM certification preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL or organizational change certifications advantageous.
• 8–10+ years in technology, BRM or business analysis; experience in property/community management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted Technology business partner for the assigned unit, representing its needs and expectations.
• Co-create and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with business plans and technology strategy.
• Capture, assess and prioritize demand, translating needs into initiatives with value, risk, and cost considerations.
• Provide business-side assurance on scope, schedule, budget and quality, escalating deviations with options.
• Plan change management, readiness, communications, and training for technology implementations.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors and finance on vendor selection, governance and commercial terms.
• Define measurable outcomes, track benefits, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
