You will identify exceptional talent, understand complex technical requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies across technical, engineering, and corporate roles. This is a strategic role focused on quality hires and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Engineering, or related discipline.
• HR certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for technical, engineering, skilled, operational, sales, and corporate roles.
• Identify sourcing channels and build a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Screen applications and conduct structured screenings to assess experience, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and maintain momentum in the process.
• Offer management, negotiation, and alignment with compensation structures.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and decision-making.
• Represent the organization in the talent market and build credible candidate relationships.
