Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking a Talent Development Specialist in the UAE (Dubai) to deliver high-quality training aligned with organizational development strategies. The role covers needs analysis, course design, onboarding, and regional training initiatives to support staff development and customer service excellence.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Psychology, 2–4 years in a similar role, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Identify learning needs by analyzing performance data to find gaps.
Conduct training needs assessments and prepare courses per TNA guidelines.
Design technical training sessions and develop high quality resources.
Foster culture awareness and customer service through trainings.
Administer performance and development programs with Talent Management.
Onboard new staff to company values and culture.
Monitor and record training activities and program effectiveness against KPIs.
Research and coordinate with external training providers as needed.
Track training costs and assist in reporting expenditures.
Follow up on engagement and completion of digital learning solutions.
Develop and implement regional managerial training in line with yearly strategy and budget.
Support local trainers with group training initiatives and objective coaching.
