Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or Project Management are an advantage.
• Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning and development programs.
• Create training materials aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Review and update learning content to keep training programs relevant and effective.
• Develop blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, self-paced).
• Facilitate leadership, management, and professional development programs.
• Identify organizational learning needs and recommend training solutions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to improve capability and performance.
• Support workforce development initiatives and career progression.
• Ensure learning solutions comply with policies and standards.
• Support employee career development and succession planning.
• Promote continuous learning and growth across the organization.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and external training providers.
• Present recommendations and gain approval for development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate learning records and reporting systems.
• Plan and manage learning projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate multiple training initiatives within deadlines and budgets.
