Job summary

NADIA in Dubai seeks a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and headhunting across multiple business units. You will work directly with the Group MD and BU heads to define requirements, source candidates, screen, interview, and close offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding handover.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of UAE recruitment experience, a strong professional network, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment/talent acquisition experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of UAE employment market.
• Established professional network and ability to source candidates independently.
• Experience recruiting across retail, luxury retail, F&B/hospitality, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to recruit both management-level and high-volume roles.
• Proven proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, direct sourcing, and headhunting.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and business units simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Self-driven, proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment & Headhunting: manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from hiring requirements to onboarding handover.
• Sourcing & Headhunting: build strong talent networks across relevant sectors and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Candidate Screening & Assessment: conduct screening and initial interviews and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with Group Companies and BU heads on hiring needs and timelines.
• Offer Management & Recruitment Closure: support salary talks and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement: develop pipelines for growth, monitor time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
