WSP is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Abu Dhabi to attract and secure top talent for our growing portfolio. This hands-on role partners with business and project leaders to deliver high-quality recruitment across a diverse set of projects and nationalisation priorities.

You will manage the full lifecycle, from briefing and sourcing to assessment, offers and mobilisation, while building strong pipelines for current vacancies and future growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, fast-paced, multicultural organisation.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and disciplines.
• Experience with large-scale project recruitment and mobilisation.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environments (Design Management, Project Management, Advisory, Transportation).
• Strong stakeholder management, partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with pace, quality and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regional talent markets and practical recruitment solutions.
• Collaborative, inclusive, people-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business areas, from initial role briefing to mobilisation handover.
• Lead recruitment delivery for large-scale projects, managing high-volume and complex hiring requirements.
• Partner with business and project leaders to understand workforce plans and critical hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage senior, specialist and hard-to-find talent through targeted search and market mapping.
• Lead and support Talent Acquisition team members, prioritising workloads and maintaining high standards.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessment, selection and feedback with a positive candidate experience.
• Support nationalisation priorities by identifying and progressing local talent and building strong pipelines.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight on talent availability and salary expectations.
