Qualifications

• Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of the UAE’s labor laws and recruitment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and candidates.
• Help maintain and enhance our employer brand.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Assist with the coordination of onboarding new hires.
