WSP Middle East is seeking a Client Lead in Abu Dhabi to strengthen client relationships, drive work-winning efforts, and ensure top-tier project delivery coordination across the Middle East region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years in client-facing, business development, or project delivery roles within engineering, construction, or built-environment sectors.
• Demonstrated success in key account management, work-winning, or senior client relationship leadership.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities with capacity to build strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East market landscape and regional delivery context.

Responsibilities

• Lead, nurture, and grow relationships across priority accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and WSP value proposition.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans leveraging market intelligence and CRM insights to identify new opportunities.
• Partner with internal units to shape work-winning strategies, supporting pursuits, proposals, and commercial positioning.
• Collect, analyse, and act on client feedback to drive cross-functional collaboration and elevate client satisfaction.
• Work with Project Directors, Technical Leads, and Client Experience team to embed a high-quality client journey.
• Contribute strategic insights to UAE growth, inform market positioning and long-term business development planning.
• Strengthen WSP’s UAE brand by championing best practices and client-centric delivery.
