Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team, leading the delivery of complex infrastructure design and masterplanning projects across Abu Dhabi and the wider Middle East.

The role requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and effective client management with a focus on delivering projects from concept through detailed design and delivery. The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree, ideally with Chartered Engineer status or PMP

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years’ experience delivering infrastructure and masterplanning projects within a consultancy environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.
• Experience working with UAE authorities and approvals processes.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Chartered Engineer or Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred.

Minimum 10–15 years’ experience delivering infrastructure and masterplanning projects within a consultancy environment.

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.

Strong background delivering projects in Abu Dhabi and/or the wider Middle East.

Experience working with UAE authorities and approvals processes.

Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with Abu Dhabi project experience, particularly those familiar with local authorities, approval processes, and stakeholder environments.
