Smiths Group is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition partner in Dubai to oversee the recruitment process and lead a team of recruiters. You will develop strategies to attract top talent and collaborate with business leaders to align staffing with business objectives.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and governance to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and compliant processes across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Middle East and Africa recruitment.
• 5–12 years of end-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, evaluating and closing candidates.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is preferable.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from attraction to onboarding.
• Lead a team of recruiters or resourcers to attract and hire top talent.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to diversify and optimize the pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and governance.
