Job summary

TLM Distribution in Dubai is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and business verticals. You will build strong candidate pipelines, headhunt, and ensure a smooth experience from sourcing through joining.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with sourcing, comfortable managing multiple vacancies, and possess a strong understanding of the UAE talent market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct headhunting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and Corporate roles, Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement intake to candidate joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, budgets, and timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, portals, referrals, networking, databases, and direct headhunting.
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates for niche positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower needs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, and reference checks as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
