Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic procurement initiatives within the infrastructure sector. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage RFQs and contracts, build supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in procurement, including 3+ years in infrastructure, with strong negotiation, analytics, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• At least 3 years in infrastructure or construction sector.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for infrastructure-related goods and services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
