Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Dubai seeks a Senior Engineer – Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for major engineering and EPC projects.

The role requires a strong background in procurement for infrastructure, with expertise in negotiations, supplier evaluation, and contract management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Supply Chain Management.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for engineering/EPC and infrastructure materials.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs and tender packages.
• Conduct detailed bid evaluations with engineering and user departments.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Lead supplier qualification, performance assessment and selection processes.
• Coordinate contract drafting with legal and finance teams.
• Monitor supplier compliance with terms, specs, safety, and delivery.
