Black Pearl Consult is seeking a senior procurement and sourcing leader in Ajman, UAE. The role oversees end-to-end procurement for infrastructure projects, driving cost savings and efficiency through strategic sourcing, RFQs, RFPs, and vendor onboarding.

You will manage supplier relationships, benchmark market trends, and ensure compliance with policies and contracts while mentoring junior staff and reporting to senior management on performance and savings initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, with 3–5 years in a managerial role within infrastructure or construction.
• Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, procurement management, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure.
• UAE Nationals (Emirati) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies for infrastructure-related goods and services to achieve long-term cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding.
• Lead supplier relationship management, ensuring strong partnerships that drive quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
• Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to identify emerging suppliers, trends, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives and project requirements.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior procurement and sourcing professionals.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
