Black Pearl Consult in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic procurement initiatives within the infrastructure sector. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage RFQs and contracts, build supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in procurement, including 3+ years in infrastructure, with strong negotiation, analytics, and ERP proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 5 7 years of experience in procurement or sourcing with at least 3 years in the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies procurement best practices and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
