Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Solutions Architect Pre‑Sales in Dubai to lead the technical side of complex AI opportunities across banks, insurers and lenders in the GCC.

You will partner with enterprise sales, engage CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and translate business problems into scalable AI and enterprise technology solutions, owning architecture, workshops, and pilots to production.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior solution architecture or pre‑sales in enterprise AI.
• Strong executive communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI and cloud or data platforms is preferred.
• GCC banking/FS exposure is highly desirable.

We are hiring for the enterprise AI business of a leading global technology platform that is commercializing proven AI capabilities across fraud, risk, lending, customer journeys and agentic workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise AI Solutions Architect Pre-Sales to lead the technical side of complex enterprise opportunities across banks, insurers and lenders in the GCC.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise sales to shape and win strategic AI opportunities.
• Lead discovery with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI and enterprise technology solutions.
• Own solution architecture, integration scoping, technical workshops and POCs.
• Define success criteria and help move pilots into production deployments.
• Support RFPs, proposals and technical-commercial discussions.
• Articulate business value across fraud reduction, underwriting, automation and customer experience.

Qualification

• 6+years across solution architecture, pre-sales, technology consulting or enterprise solutions.
• Strong experience with complex enterprise environments and integrations.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, agentic AI, SaaS, cloud or data platforms.
• Banking, financial services, insurance or lending experience is highly desirable.
• Background with a leading SI, enterprise software company or technology consulting firm would be relevant.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• GCC experience required.
