Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and cultivate new opportunities in the supply chain finance market. You will build relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors, and tailor SCF solutions to client needs.

You will collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and innovative SCF offerings while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain finance, trade finance, or a related financial services field.
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance products, market dynamics, and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply chain finance market.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients' needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' supply chain financing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Regularly meet with clients to review their financial needs and propose appropriate SCF products and services.
• Collaborate with product development teams to design and enhance SCF products and solutions.
• Provide feedback from clients and market insights to influence product development and improvements.
• Ensure SCF solutions are competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demands.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, and technology to ensure seamless delivery of SCF solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth strategy of the company.
