You will conduct market analysis, evaluate supplier capabilities, and negotiate favorable contracts. Post-contract, you will monitor performance to address issues and mitigate risks within a dynamic industry landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/related; master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years in procurement or SCM, with strategic sourcing focus.
• CPM or CIPS certifications highly desirable.
• Industry experience in sector-specific procurement challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluating offerings and capabilities to meet organizational needs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and strengthen the company’s position.
• Monitor supplier performance post-contract to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
