Confidential Careers is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead the organization’s finance function, ensuring sound financial planning, accurate reporting, effective controls, and responsible management of financial resources. You will partner with senior leadership to support strategic decisions and align budgets with organizational priorities.

The role requires 12+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, and professional qualifications such as CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional qualification CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA is required.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 5 years leading a finance function.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the organization’s finance function and strategic planning.
• Develop and implement financial strategy, policies and controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage accounting operations, month-end and year-end close.
• Present financial results and risks to senior leadership.
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities and banking relationships.
• Ensure internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Lead ERP improvements and data quality initiatives.
• Develop the finance team with clear roles and succession plans.
