Job summary

S&K HR Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager for a trusted client in global logistics and freight forwarding. You will identify, develop, and execute growth initiatives, driving revenue and market share through proactive market analysis and strong client relationships.

The role requires strategic leadership, the ability to negotiate high-value contracts, and collaboration with operations to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in logistics.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain and international trade rules.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• UAE driving license

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Lead and mentor peers and team members, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to Sales Director.
