Job summary

Moro Hub seeks a Senior Manager – Operations to lead CRM operations, analytics, and forecasting, partnering with finance to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency. You will design performance dashboards, manage planning cycles, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years in sales operations or business analytics with a strong finance background, and experience in technology or service-providing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years in Sales Operations, Business Ops, Commercial Ops, Analytics, FP&A, or similar.
• Experience in technology or service provider environments preferred.
• Arabic language skills preferred; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business operations, ensuring effective execution of plans and performance management.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into sales, revenue, profitability, and productivity.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to build annual plans, budgets, forecasts, and targets.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks and present actionable insights.
• Partner with leadership to forecast and manage revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts and drive corrective actions.
• Establish governance for data, reporting, and performance measurement.
