Job summary

Moro Hub seeks a Senior Manager – Operations to lead CRM operations, sales analytics, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning. You will optimize processes, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions.

The role partners with sales, finance and senior management to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, develop budgets and targets, and drive efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, FP&A, or similar.
• Technology or service-provider background preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic preferred; strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong finance background with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue planning, and management reporting.
• Strong business analytics and data interpretation capabilities; translate data into insights.
• Experience collaborating with sales, finance, and senior management in a performance-driven environment.
• Knowledge of sales operations, revenue management, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Experience building business cases, financial models, profitability and scenario analyses.
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools experience (Power BI, Tableau).
• KPI, dashboards, and management reporting literacy.
• Process improvement, reporting automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business operations activities, ensuring execution of plans and performance management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics for visibility into sales, revenue, profitability, and productivity.
• Partner with sales leadership and finance to create annual plans, budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, and operating plans.
• Analyze sales performance, revenue trends, customer profitability, pipeline, and conversion to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide senior management with timely financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Develop financial and business models to assess performance, growth opportunities, pricing, and cost structures.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast; investigate variances and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain sales performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, incentives, and scorecards.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with inputs from sales, finance, operations and other functions.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting and analytics processes.
