Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of a mix of analytical and account services experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Experience in agency and operations is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting complex data to senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong organization, time management, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global CRM pipeline and contracted revenue tracking.
• Use Workamajig for time tracking, project management and expense reconciliation.
• Create PowerBI dashboards and ad hoc reports for finance, account services, IT and legal.
• Analyze large data sets to drive actions, strategy, and process improvements.
• Develop training materials and present to individuals and groups.
• Ensure cross-functional data accuracy for projects and client work.
• Support leadership in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
