Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Equipment Sales & Rental to lead and develop sales activities for generators, forklifts, equipment rental, and related industrial equipment across the UAE. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing new customers and projects, managing key accounts, and guiding the sales team to meet targets.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong experience in generator sales, forklift sales, and/or industrial equipment rental.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market with exposure to Middle East and export markets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop sales activities for generators, forklifts, rental across the UAE.
• Drive revenue growth in sales and rental by acquiring new customers and opportunities.
• Develop opportunities for diesel generators, forklifts, tower lights, pumps.
• Promote rental solutions and AMC/service contracts.
• Develop business with contractors, industrial and logistics clients.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and identify new ones.
• Conduct market research on projects, competitors, and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for enquiries, tenders, and long-term contracts.
• Coordinate with technical, rental, service, ops, and commercial teams to provide solutions.
• Monitor pipeline, quotations, orders, and opportunities.
• Support BD opportunities across Middle East and export markets.
• Lead and support sales team to hit targets.
• Maintain pricing, margins, and customer agreements discipline.
