• Set financial and nonfinancial objectives for each team member and monitor progress.
• Orient new team members to NH brand positioning and marketplace articulation.
• Ensure face-to-face selling skills across the team.
• Manage performance, identify skill gaps, and propose development programs.
• Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results and action plans.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell of Anantara products; coordinate with ops.
• Ensure budget adherence and efficient administrative processes.
