Job summary

Minor International in Dubai seeks a Vice President Commercial to direct regional strategy for sales, marketing, e-commerce, and revenue. You will guide hotel sales leadership, expand brand presence, and manage pre-opening budgets with owner relationships.

The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, building a global sales network, and driving profitability across 8 MH hotel brands in the region.

Qualifications

• International strategic commercial experience of 5 years.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or Commerce; MBA desirable.
• Experience in Marketing of Hotels and Brands at international/regional level.
• Multi-brand experience; international experience.
• Pre-opening experience preferred.
• Member of a Marketing Professional Institute/Association.
• Experience in industry task forces.
• Revenue management experience (REVPAR/TREVPAR) and analytics.
• Understanding of hotel distribution systems and booking mix.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools.
• Goal setting, performance targets, and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets for hotels within the portfolio in MEA.
• Oversee global sales and revenue strategy across the region.
• Lead preopening commercial work streams with GMs and regional directors.
• Set pricing strategy and market segment mix with revenue teams.
• Manage key accounts and relationships with travel agents and wholesalers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Operations to position the portfolio.
• Ensure brand standards and values are maintained across properties.
• Develop leadership plans and succession for the sales team.
