Job summary

Keolishyderabad is seeking an experienced Rewards & Compensation leader in the UAE to design, manage, and continually improve compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and job evaluation aligned with business goals and market benchmarks.

You will analyse market trends, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance across payroll and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation management, salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and annual salary reviews.
• Good understanding of benefits administration, payroll governance, UAE Labour Law, GPSSA requirements, and reward-related compliance obligations.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Public transportation sector experience preferred.
• Regional and UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compensation, benefits, and reward programs aligned with business objectives and total rewards philosophy.
• Analyze market trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce metrics to keep programs competitive and equitable.
• Manage compensation and benefits budgets, ensuring programs are cost-effective and aligned with objectives.
• Conduct financial analyses for salary reviews, incentive programs, and changes in benefits.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and finance to align programs with business needs.
• Provide guidance to management on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of salary per contractual dates.
• Oversee administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Prepare employment offers, contracts, and compensation packages based on internal equity and budget.
