HSBC UAE is seeking a Performance & Reward Partner to embed performance management and support pay and benefits outcomes across the UAE. You will work with senior stakeholders to provide inputs to annual and off-cycle pay decisions, ensure governance and regulatory alignment.

The role involves overseeing reward reporting, communicating metrics to regulators and external consultancies, and shaping the rewards proposition to attract, retain and motivate colleagues in a dynamic market.

Qualificações

• A full-time graduation degree is essential for obtaining UAE visa and work permit.
• Proven experience embedding performance management and reward policies in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation and market salary methodologies.
• Ability to navigate local regulatory requirements and translate changes into practical actions and guidance for stakeholders.
• Experience managing pay review cycles end-to-end including budgets, governance and decision quality.
• Experience overseeing benefits plans and applying sound judgement to balance competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Ability to produce and communicate reward metrics for senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Strong data and analytical capability to enforce recommendations and strengthen decision-making.
• Operate effectively in a matrix structure through partnering and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Embed performance management policy across the UAE in line with global standards and local requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and HR Generalists to align reward with business aims and HSBC values.
• Review existing reward programmes and support design of new ones to stay effective, compliant and competitive.
• Oversee reward reporting and communications including metrics for seniors, consultancies and regulators.
• Manage the annual pay review cycle including budgets, eligibility checks, system readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide inputs to pay review decisions on and off-cycle including FP ranges and market data.
• Oversee the benefits proposition ensuring competitive and cost-effective policies and day-to-day operations.
• Shape employee wellness and recognition propositions and support related policies and strategies.
• Interpret regulatory changes and partner with regulators on performance and reward requirements for the jurisdiction.
