Job summary

Keolishyderabad is seeking a skilled Rewards Officer in Abu Dhabi to manage payroll operations, ensure data integrity, and respond to employee payroll inquiries. The role focuses on accurate salary calculations, deductions, and timely processing within UAE Labour Law compliance.

You will maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and coordinate with finance to ensure seamless settlements, while supporting new joiners and leavers. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Payroll Officer/Payroll Clerk.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS software, UAE region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including deductions and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS employee records and generate payroll reports.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and support employee payroll issues.
• Assist with final settlements and bank verifications.
