Responsibilities

• Analyzing market trends and demand patterns to develop pricing strategies and manage inventory to maximize revenue and profit.
• Monitor KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and market share to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Manage distribution channels including OTAs, direct bookings and partners to optimize rates, availability and inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure efficient room inventory and pricing management.
• Develop and maintain external partnerships with travel agencies and corporate accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Analyze revenue and profitability and report findings to hotel management and stakeholders.
• Be familiar with revenue management systems and tools and implement/maintain forecasting and reporting processes.
• Use historical data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement training programs for hotel staff to improve revenue management practices.
• Provide regular updates and guidance to Front Office, Housekeeping and the Restaurant.
• Lead the budgeting process and provide financial analysis and reporting to the management team
