Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach in Dubai seeks a senior Revenue Manager to lead the hotel’s revenue strategy, pricing and distribution. You will work with the Cluster GM, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to optimise total revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and driving direct bookings while managing channels. Strong leadership and data-driven insight are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Senior revenue management experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai market, pricing and distribution.
• Experience with RMS, PMS, CRS and market intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to translate data into actions to improve performance.
• Hospitality, Business, Finance degree preferred.
• Accor experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement revenue strategies across rooms and other streams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with reports.
• Manage pricing, inventory, market segmentation, and distribution.
• Monitor bookings, demand trends, competitor performance and opportunities.
• Drive direct bookings and manage distribution costs with rate integrity.
• Lead revenue meetings and communicate strategies to leadership.
• Partner with operations to develop upselling and ancillary revenue.
• Ensure accurate data and use of RM, reservations and BI systems.
• Coach revenue and reservations teams and align with departments.
• Ensure compliance with Accor standards and hotel policies.
