Job summary

Nova International General Contracting L.L.C is seeking a manpower planning specialist to coordinate forecast and allocation of the workforce across multiple projects in the UAE. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, Operations, and Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing aligns with schedules and budgets.

You will maintain HRMS/ERP data, generate dashboards, monitor headcount movements, and optimize workforce utilization while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of manpower planning or HR administration experience.
• Experience handling white- and blue-collar staffing across multiple projects.
• Strong Excel, reporting, data analysis, and HRMS/ERP skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate manpower plans and forecasts across projects and departments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to identify current and future workforce requirements.
• Monitor headcount, vacancies, recruitment, and workforce movements.
• Prepare periodic manpower reports and dashboards; align with budgets.
