Job summary

RTX, a Raytheon Technologies business, seeks a Director and Senior Counsel for Raytheon Emirates Limited (REL) in Abu Dhabi to lead legal support for UAE operations, cross-border transactions, governance, and compliance.

You will advise REL on internal and external matters across corporate, commercial, IP, regulatory and government contracts; negotiate high-value agreements; coordinate with stakeholders and outside counsel; onsite in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Typically 12 years of relevant experience across complex business, transactional and regulatory matters.
• Experience analyzing, negotiating, drafting and advising on a wide range of legal and commercial issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, thorough, business-focused legal advice to REL and Raytheon leaders.
• Lead negotiations and drafting of high-value customer, teaming and framework agreements, SOWs and purchase terms.
• Support new business pursuits from strategy discussions to contract term analysis and reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and implement strategic initiatives.
• Oversee outside counsel engagements on complex matters including regulatory, litigation and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Raytheon and RTX.
• Provide regulatory training and guidance to business teams; uphold ethical standards and integrity.
• Occasionally travel to Raytheon sites outside the UAE.
