Job summary
RTX in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Requirements & Capabilities Manager to advance growth objectives by strengthening solutions, operations, and customer relationships within the UAE market.
The role collaborates with RTX mission areas and functional teams to support strategy, with strong liaison to UAE Air Force, government, and industry partners, ensuring delivery of integrated, cost-effective capabilities.
Qualifications
- Requires bachelor degree or higher in a relevant discipline; minimum 10 years in defense sales/business development.
- Knowledge of regional defense industry, geopolitics, culture and norms.
- Ability to identify UAE growth opportunities using customer insights and market data.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison to UAE Air Force representing RTX at senior levels.
- Build customer relationships and align UAE Air Force needs with RTX capabilities.
- Lead engagement with UAE AF, U.S. Embassy and internal SBUs as the voice of the customer.
- Develop and support marketing strategies, engagement plans and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate across SBUs and functions to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions.
- Serve as main POC for customer issues with timely resolution and clear communication.
- Drive collaboration to enhance performance, execution and pipeline growth.
