Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC is seeking a Real Estate Recruiter to attract and hire top professionals across the Middle East. The role focuses on brokers, sales consultants, team leaders, and management personnel with a strong network in the real estate industry.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in recruitment, and fluency in Arabic or English. You will own end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding while promoting the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
• Experience recruiting property consultants, brokers, and sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media recruitment.
• Candidate should be Arabic or English speaker.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit real estate agents, brokers, sales managers, and support staff.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct headhunting techniques.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals across the GCC markets.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition.
