Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies aligned with business goals.

Drive occupancy, rental income, operating efficiency and asset value.
Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance targets for properties.
Oversee leases, renewals, collections, and tenant relations.
Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and environmental guidelines.
