Job summary

Modon invites applications for an Asset Manager position to lead the operation, leasing, and financial oversight of assigned assets in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, preferably in residential or accommodation assets.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, contracts, facilities management, and asset operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and operation of assigned assets to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day asset performance for efficient service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Review maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution (PPM, CM, RM, PDM).
• Oversee tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Prepare and submit move-in and move-out reports and review lease documents.
• Monitor occupancy and support leasing initiatives to maximize asset utilization.
