Al-Futtaim Real Estate seeks a Director to lead strategic asset management for Dubai assets, driving NOI growth, leasing performance, and capital projects. You will oversee leasing strategies, service charge governance, and KPI-driven asset optimization while coordinating with Finance, Legal, FM, and Development teams.

The role requires deep P&L accountability, senior leadership experience, and strong market knowledge in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field is required.
• MBA or MSc in Real Estate or Asset Management is preferred.
• Proven P&L accountability and strategic financial acumen.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic asset management and portfolio planning for residential and commercial assets.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans with Finance.
• Drive leasing strategy, tenant mix, occupancy, and rent optimization.
• Oversee facilities management, service levels, and capital projects.
• Mentor asset management team and ensure cross-functional delivery.
