Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company seeks a Senior Project Intelligence leader to drive strategic analysis across ADNOC's capital projects, leveraging market insights and data analytics to inform decisions.

You will lead risk assessment, competitor benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement, shaping project approaches, optimizing resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within the ADNOC Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science or related fields with relevant experience.
• MBA is a plus and strengthens leadership and strategy capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy for project intelligence across ADNOC and Group Companies.
• Lead data collection, analysis and interpretation of project-related information and performance metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for capital projects.
• Monitor competitor activities and benchmark ADNOC projects against best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project intelligence with organizational goals.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to leadership.
• Stay updated on market developments, technologies and regulatory changes in the oil and gas industry.
• Provide resource allocation recommendations based on project intelligence.
• Establish knowledge-sharing platforms for best practices within ADNOC group.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.
