Job summary

Trelleborg Group in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to oversee project execution from contract to delivery, managing plans, budgets and procurement strategies. You will negotiate supplier contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely invoicing and compliance across international projects.

The role requires 3–4 years in procurement/PM/contract management, 30% travel, and a leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 3-4 years experience in Procurement / Project /Contract Management.
• PMP certificate is a plus, MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 4 to 7 years’ experience in project/contract management.
• Managing 2 or more as direct reports.
• Comfort with circa 30% travel.
• Europe client visits as per the project require.

Responsibilities

• Research vendor/supplier capabilities and identify a pool of candidates.
• Lead negotiation of supplier contracts for best price/quality.
• Coordinate multi-discipline inputs across procurement cycle.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices and shipping documents.
• Monitor invoicing plans and forecast revenue for projects.
• Intervene and resolve business conflicts with vendors/suppliers.
• Set and manage client expectations and milestones.
